Our Commitment
SentnelOps is committed to the security of our platform and the trust of our users. We value the work of security researchers and encourage the responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities.
Scope
This policy applies to the following:
- SentnelOps web application
- Publicly accessible APIs (if applicable)
- Infrastructure operated directly by SentnelOps
This policy does not apply to:
- Third-party services or integrations not operated by SentnelOps
- Social engineering or phishing attacks
- Denial-of-service attacks or stress testing
How to Report a Vulnerability
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to:
security@sentnelops.comPlease include the following in your report:
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
- Potential impact
- Relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept
Avoid sharing sensitive data in plaintext.
Responsible Disclosure Guidelines
We ask that you:
- Act in good faith
- Avoid accessing or modifying customer data
- Avoid service disruption
- Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before remediation
We commit to:
- Acknowledge reports within 5 business days
- Investigate issues promptly
- Communicate progress when appropriate
- Credit researchers with permission
Safe Harbor
We will not pursue legal action against individuals who follow this policy and make a good-faith effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.
This assurance applies only to activities conducted in accordance with this policy.

As a public beta product, timelines may vary based on complexity.
Bug Bounty
SentnelOps does not currently operate a public bug bounty program.
