Does our data leave our network?
No. The proxy, the logs, and the database all live in your VPC. Call parameters, tool responses, and logs never transit SentnelOps servers.
What happens when a call is blocked?
The call never reaches the MCP server. The agent receives a structured denial it can re-plan around, the decision is logged with the rule that fired, and you get a Slack or email alert.
How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes to the first logged call: deploy the proxy in your VPC and point your agent's MCP configuration at it.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime; your logs are already in your own database, so nothing is held hostage.
How does the 10-Day Assessment relate to the paid tiers?
